The lady in the picture  was allegedly caught with a stolen phone and was publicly stripped, harassed and beaten by an angry mob.

She was publicly humiliated and s*xually abused as some kicked her fiercely on her privates.

This is really sad, and bad even if she was a thief, no one has a right to abuse a woman like that in public.
